How Air Heat Dispatch (airheatdispatch.online) handles the information you share when you request HVAC service in Miami-Dade County.
Who we are
Air Heat Dispatch operates the website airheatdispatch.online. The site is a referral and marketing service that connects consumers in Miami and Miami-Dade County, Florida, with independent local HVAC service providers. You can reach us at +1 (202) 931-4151 or dispatch@airheatdispatch.online.
Information we collect
When you submit the request form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, the service you select, and any details you write about the heating or cooling problem at your property. When you call, dispatch records the details of the request so a technician can be sent. The site also receives standard technical information from your browser (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) through hosting and analytics logs.
How we use your information
Your information is used to respond to your request: to call you back, to dispatch a local service provider to your property, and to keep records of the request. Because this is a referral service, the details of your request are shared with the independent local provider who will attend your property, so they know where to go and what the situation involves.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect payment card details through this website — this site has no checkout and takes no payments. Form submissions are delivered to dispatch by email for handling.
Cookies
This site is informational and does not require an account. Basic cookies may be set by the hosting platform or embedded services for the site to function and to understand aggregate visits. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about your request, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting us at dispatch@airheatdispatch.online or +1 (202) 931-4151. We respond to requests using the contact details you provide so we can verify the request relates to you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Questions about privacy on this site can also be sent through the contact page.
